"I've known Emma for years, and always known she was a big foodie, on hearing she was starting her own business, I was of course curious... and as I was hosting a weekend in the country for 14, and concerned about how to cope with cooking for such numbers, Emma was the natural choice. She designed wonderful and varied menus, covering everything from afternoon tea to a four course dinner party, not only taking on board my brief, but using her own skills to embelish the menus, and make wine suggestions. We certainly had a huge range to choose from, and even the pickiest eaters were amazed at the standard of the fayre. The food itself was wonderfully presented and delicious - the mozerella studded ravioli was to die for!
I would recommend using
Emma for any event, be it a small family gathering or large party.
