Relishes is owned by Emma Bailey-Jones. Emma is passionate about food and trained as a chef before going on to work in restaurants in Chester, Liverpool and Knutsford. She gained additional valuable experience working in the 5 Star Restaurant at the Harbor View Hotel in Martha's Vineyard, USA. She has a Food Hygiene Certificate and also has the Diploma in Professional Catering from the Institute of Catering.
